Okay so not my little girl...But at least MY little niece...

she is so cute....

this was her when she was first was born...i was joking with my sister that she looked kind of like an aviator with all the head gear she had on....but you gotta admit...SHE'S Cute!

My Little Girl

It all began when my sister told me that she felt ill...she had high blood pressure an so we took her to the hospital ER...fear that the high blood pressure would harm her unborn baby...

well it seems my sis had preeclampsia along with HELLP. we had no warning and it caught us off guard. the hospital ER doctor sent her to the city where they tried to get her blood pressure and liver enzymes back to normal.

well finally around 6 o'clock saturday nite everything was almost back to normal and so a C-Section was planned around 10 that nite. 10:45 my sister finally went in and and 11:22 pm My premature niece, Rachel Marie, entered the world! weighing in at 2 lbs. 1 1/2 ounces...and a little over 14 inches long....I love her to death and she is doing remarkably well:)
